• Completion of import, export and transit documents, and intermediation in their customs formalization
• Help obtaining and formalizing licenses, permits, attestations, certificates of origin and compliance, and phytosanitary and veterinary certificates
• TIR Carnet and CMR waybill completion
• Preparation of official queries, replies and complaints to tax administrators and other institutions, and participation in negotiations with those institutions
• Advice on customs procedures and permitted actions (review of applicable norms, recommendation on the best approaches in business terms)
